A cholesterol free version of a family favorite. No eggs, milk or butter!
This is a regular afternoon treat in my home, we always have over ripe bananas hanging around. One minute they are green, the next they are gaining little brown spots – fast! I serve my sesame banana bread with fresh fruit slices, such as persimmon, orange or clementines. You can watch reels on Instagram to see the method, but it’s a just 2 separate bowls (1 wet + 1 dry) prepared and then mixed together. Add cherries or some seeds for another variation on the recipe.
