Anxiety gone and so much more.

This simple exercise changed my life in many ways. No only did I build stamina and fitness, my anxiety disappeared and it opened up a whole new world of fitness for me. My belly wobbles and jiggles but that’s to be expected. I’ve carried a human in it for 9 months and at times considerably more weight. Our bodies are amazing, able to bounce back after many years of neglect. Start off slowly with just 1 minute and build up over a month. It’s hard, so don’t give up too easily. Land on both feet and definitely wear shoes to begin with as that rope whip stings the toes!
