Peach crumble for breakfast?
I’m on a mission to eat a different plant based breakfast every day. Today I really fancied peach crumble, so though I’d make this hasty fresh granola to top my smoothie bowl. I don’t measure anything, but here’s what went into the granola; organic steel cut oats, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, walnuts, shaved coconut and a teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix and bake for 3-5 minutes in the air-fryer or oven, but be careful because it burns really quickly. For the smoothie I added; canned peaches, silken tofu, chia seeds, banana, soya milk.

The flowers on top are foraged Marsh Mallow wild flowers and I grated delicious nutmeg on top which was simply magical! Don’t forget to subscribe on YouTube for the vibe! It keeps me motivated to make more videos.
