The bird I mentioned is the Golden Oriel, the most beautiful bird (equal to the Hoopoe) in Portugal. Be assured, I would never harm a bird and why anyone would complain about birdsong outside my window is a mystery to me. The only shooting I do is with my camera.

I enjoy the vibe in Ayamonte. We always visit Pandulzarte bakery for coffee and a pastry, it’s owned by a lovely young couple Jamie and Lydia.
