Social media normally receives a lot of bad press, and I have to admit when I started my account, I thought I was in for lots of grief from trolls and catty comments. However….! this has not been the case. I have connected with women over 40 from all over the world, sharing stories, information, support and encouragement which has been simply incredible and a huge breath of fresh air.
