Fresh Soya Milk

Easy plant based soya bean milk. Non dairy, veggie protein.
Prep Time 12 hours hrs
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 cup dried soya bean
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
Soak beans in water overnight or 12 hours
Wash beans and remove loose skins
Place beans in blender and cover with water
Add all other ingredients
Blend until smooth
Add more water until you reach milky consistency
Chill!
