Have you been through the menopause

I had a hysterectomy and oophorectomy several years ago as I had a tumour on an ovary and Adenomyosis. I went straight on to HRT after the operation. I have no plans to stop taking HRT.

I am the same. Hysterectomy and then HRT. Like Rick Astley – I’m never going to give them up!.

My menopauze was not as heavy as i aspectet… no fysical problems… barly hotflashes.. but moodswings… heavy darlings…good vitamines espessialy for menopauze helpt.. Made a little bit a difference…
